DESCRIPTION
BituPrimer is a solvent-borne bituminous emulsion designed to penetrate and seal porous surface. BituPrimer seals and prepares the surfaces of many substrates including concrete, asbestos cement, lightweight concrete screeds and asphalt concrete Its good bonding properties ensure good adhesion to substrate when applied; at least one of the substrate must be porous in order to achieve a good cure.

RECOMMENDED USES
• Seals and prepares substrates for subsequent application
• Used as a primer coat prior to the application of torch applied and liquid applied bituminous waterproofing membranes.
Water repellent coating to bathroom, planter boxes, roof, gutters, downpipe, flashings.
APPLICATION
The application procedures may vary slightly depending on site conditions. The general recommended guidelines for the bitumen coating is as follows:
• Surface to be applied must be dry and clean; free from dust, dirt, grease, moss, lichen or any other foreign matter.
