DESCRIPTION
Bitumem WP is a stable, water based bitumen emulsion that is dark brown in colour and dries to a black coating. It is odourless and taint free.

APPLICATION
- Surface must be dry and clean, free from dust, dirt, grease, moss, lichen or lichen or any other foreign matter. Bitumem WP can be brush applied or spray applied to damp (not wet) or dry surface.
- Ensure Primer has fully penetrated the surface. Primer twice if substrate is porous. Allow for the solvent to evaporate before application of Bitumem WP
- Stir emulsion well before use. Apply a minimum of 2 coats by brush or spray. Bitumem WP may be applied to a damp surface (dry for a better result), although both coating and surface must able to dry before the emulsion will cure to a waterproofing film.
- Allow 24 hours between coats and apply each at right angle to the previuos coat for maximum durability and flexibility. The coating can be reinforeed with Fiberglass mesh.
PACKING AND COVERAGE
Bitumem WP comes in 18kg pail. For 1kg of Bitumem WP, it can cover about 1.0-1.2m2 (dependent on substrate condition).
